Transportation
The Transportation Goods Industry encompasses several different product types, all of which have or can benefit from the use of Prepainted metals by not only streamlining the manufacturing process, but by drastically reducing production costs.
By using pre-primed substrates in automotive production, the use of certain in-process materials as well as wasteful primer oversprays are eliminated.
Motorcycles
Precoated dry lubricants not only eradicate material costs, but also several steps in the production process as they afford the manufacturer the ability to stamp out gas tanks without the use of wet oils.
Tractor Trailers
Economically display brilliant corporate colors in near automotive finishes with the use of pre-primed and pre-coated metals. If post-painting is still the preferred method, zinc rich weldable primers are already cleaned, free of oil, and ready for further production and post-painting.
Trailer Van Panels
The Truck Trailer industry is successfully using prepainted polyester and acrylic coatings which can be silk screened and perform beautifully over the road for many, many years.
